Eggs Benedict
\'āg be-nə-ˌdikt'\
Eggs Benedict, an American brunch staple, consisting of an open-faced sandwich of
two halves of an English muffin topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce.
Hollandaise is a rich and creamy concoction made with egg yolks, butter, lemon juice or vinegar, and various seasonings.
Eggs bennies were popularized in New York City, 1881.

Avocado Eggs Benedict
Avocado is known as good fat; it’s loaded with many nutrients and heart - healthy fatty acid. Avocado and eggs are like yin and yang, they’re simply perfect together. What’s a better benedict combo than avocado eggs benedict. The buttery hollandaise sauce adds the signature creaminess to it. This basic benedict is so simple, and you can easily make it from scratch at home. Truly it is the ultimate avocado-egg lover’s breakfast or brunch

Steak & Arugula EB
If you want to be extra fancy about your egg benedict, go with a steak and arugula eggs benedict. The speciality about this benedict is that it does not use any kind of carbs. It is made of poaches eggs, steak, arugula and tomato slices instead of bread. It looks amazing but tastes heavenly. The layers compliment each other in a great way. There is a tangy flavour to this dish, as it has lemon and dijon mustard. This is not only a breakfast or brunch dish, but could be a filling lunch or dinner.

Benny on Salmon & Avocado
You got to love this dish! Each and every ingredient in here compliments each other. It’s packed with all the nutrients you need. So colourful and vibrant benny on salmon and avocado. This could be a great dish for a low carb diet as well. As avocado is full of fat, it makes you as full as a slice of bread would. Smoked salmon on the other hand, provide source of protein and tastes marvelous when paired with avocado and eggs. If you can handle hot sauce, pair it up with tabasco sauce that gives great kick to the flavour.

Burger Patty Eggs Benedict
This is a very new new dish in the hip brunch spots. Basically, trying to combine both burger and benedict together. Maybe call it “benebur” or “burdict”?? Your call! This burger patty eggs benedict is rich with flavours. It consists of a huge seasoned burger patty, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. It’s hard to decide the best time to enjoy this meal. Personally, would recommend skipping this dish in the morning as it can make you feel really full and heavy. But hey, patio season is almost here, and I think it might be awesome to enjoy it outdoors.

Fish Eggs Benedict
This benedict is very different from the usual egg benedict. It’s made with thin layer of basa fish cutlet, poached eggs, english muffin and let’s not forget the important ingredient, which is the Hollandaise sauce. The fish cutlet is full of flavour with a hint sweet and sour sauce. Highly recommend if you love anything and everything fish. Every bite is purely satisfying!! If you’re up for a taste adventure it is a must try!

Florentine Eggs Benedict
Florentine benedict might not be everyone’s favourite, but definitely a treat for vegan or vegetarian folks out there. Also, if you’re a weight watcher or on keto diet it’s a good healthy option. It’s made out of gluten-free almond flour bun, eggs, spinach and drizzled with hollandaise sauce. Portion size of this benedict might look small, but honestly, it’s so filling that one bun is good enough for a wholesome breakfast.

Ham Eggs Benedict
Poached eggs over slice of ham and toasted English muffin, topped with yummy hollandaise sauce, who would want to say no to that?! I would eat this luscious ham eggs benedict every day and not get bored. This dish is also very easy to make, and you don’t need that much of a prep. It is a very classic benedict but if you like you could substitute the ham for the crispy bacon. It would go perfectly with a side of home cut fries and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Hash & Ham Eggs Benedict
This one is my ultimate favourite eggs benedict because of the hash brown instead of english muffin. English muffin does get boring sometimes so feel free to replace it with anything you like. It has so many layers, hash brown patty, eggs, ham, cabbage, tomato, spinach, layer of spicy mayo and of course topped with famous hollandaise sauce. It’s just plain delicious. Once you take a bite you can feel all the texture in your mouth, crispy, runny, meaty! If you love potatoes, you’ll love this one.

Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict
Pulled pork is such a famous barbecue dish in the Southern State, but even if you’re not from there you’ll still love this dish. It’s juicy and so tender, and not at all dry. When it’s combined with the poached egg and hollandaise sauce all the goodness comes together. Barbecued pulled pork means summer- time, and summer means weekend brunch. Although I feel like this would not just be ideal for brunch, but also dinner. So, if you’re ever stuck with leftover pulled pork you know what to do with it!!

Sweet Potato Eggs Benny
Look at another healthy option for eggs benedict which is made of four layers. It includes, sweet potato toast topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs and the creamy hollandaise sauce. The size of this sweet potato eggs benedict is not that big so could also make a good healthy snack. Sweet potato has a great source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and promote gut health. This benedict is also gluten-free. Also, if you want to make it vegetarian just take out the meat and maybe add a side of your choice to make it full meal.

Waffles Eggs Benedict
Never have I ever had eggs benedict on waffles?? Try it! It tastes so different but in a good way. You can taste the mixture of creamy hollandaise sauce and runny yolk but also a tad bit of sweetness from the waffle. If you’re not an English muffin person, give the waffle eggs benedict a try and I promise it’s going to be worth it. Unlike English muffin, waffles have square dotted pockets which is perfect to hold the runny yolk and sauce.
